Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Auramiri may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders or promotional events.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Auramiri is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in tracking your shipment.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
